Before investing money in share market, you must go through some basic terms and analytical charts. And how should someone invest money with considering all these terms into his\/her research.     Just for explain, it shows THE AMOUNT<\/strong> someone need to buy all the shares of a specific company.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Mathematically, Market Cap<\/strong>= (share price) X (total no. of shares)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • P\/E ratio:<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      It is a ratio of price of share<\/strong> and earning per share. <\/strong>It plays an important role in considering a company for investing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Earning per share (EPS) (E):<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        In simple mathematically,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Earnings per share= (net worth of a company)\/ (total no. of share of that company)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Before choosing the company for investing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Always compare the current P\/E ratio to its historical P\/E<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        2. AND compare historical P\/E to its profit growth history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
