GOOD HABITS AND BAD HABITS

There are so many good and bad habits. some are just illusions. but it is really a challenging thing addicting with a good habit. simple extinguish in between good and bad habits is being in addiction. the faster you get addicted with a habit is bad habit. good habits need time to being you addicted.

Today I started a new habit.

It’s oral hygiene.

I started you tube searching about teeth cavity. So many options arrived.

Gargling. Oil pulling. Ayurveda technique.

Now I started the habit of gargling oil, mustard oil.

There are so much misconceptions in internet that shows somebody about oil pulling. They said oil pulling causes detoxication of your all body parts. Some of them said it has some effect about cancer. Arthritis, etc. but all these are wrong. They said just to promote their name. all they are just doing is use ayurveda word and fake the facts.

It is clearly written in ayurveda science it only causes oral hygiene that is keep the mouth freshen. Keep the lip oily that means don’t let the lip dry.

So, I started the habit of oil pulling for at least the oil last. Then I can only say about the fact of oil pulling.
